Pasta - Egg Nest Spaghetti

From the best selection of non-refined products, our Spaghettis (2 mm) are developed respecting the purest craft tradition, by lamination following by a low temperature and long lasting drying (more than 20 hours). The gentle working of the dough with our rolling machine allows ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes). Our Spaghettis benefit from manual and meticulous bagging, guaranteeing careful packaging.
