L'Alliance 7 is a food association of 9 sectors : chocolats, confectionnery, honey, biscuits, & pastry, breads and rusks, appetizer bites and crakers, specialized nutrition (specialized nutrition (infant food, sports products, slimming dietetics, gluten-free), tea and infusions, nuts and dried fruits . Alliance 7 represents more than 400 companies of all sizes for a turnover of more than €23 billion, of which 25% is exported.
