Parcellaire Limoneux Clos des Champs

Made from barley sown on a loamy plot called Clos des Champs, this whiskey aged in ex-cognac and bourbon barrels opens on a very delicate nose marked by vegetal and herbaceous notes. On the palate, citrus fruits and menthol precede a long finish on sweet spices.
