A few steps and weare in a wine cellar. We explore, smell, a nip, we taste. Times stands still... A SINGLE MALT FROM FRANCE! Made from a French mash using the double distillation method, the eau-de-vie is then aged in Palisson's cellar in French Limousin oak barrels previously containing Cognac. It is harmonious, soft and delicate. Sight: golden appearance. Nose: lively, powerful and perfumed. Aromas of pear, white peach, malt, white flowers and spicy (vanilla and cinnamon) and buttery notes. Palate: it is supple and round. The notes of malt are predominant over the ones of pear and biscuit. Good balanceand length.
