Oyster La Fine de Claire Verte GEAY

The green-eyed cousin. Like the fine de claire, I was bred for at least 30 months in the GEAY family's parks. My green colour is my strength and my difference. I'm placed in carefully selected "claires" for between 15 and 28 days. These claires have a blue navicule. A small bluish algae which, when filtered, will colour my gills. This miracle of nature sublimates my colour and makes me a unique oyster in the world. This unique maturing process gives me a seductive colour and lively flavours on the palate. I'll surprise any connoisseur with my light, crunchy flesh and delicately iodised local flavours. Label : ASC, label rouge
