OSMOZ FINISH COGNAC

Like Laurent VALLET, Subtle and traditional, Osmoz Cognac Cask Finish is an authentic Yellow gin. "I selected two very old cognac barrels in order to refine our Citrus and Classic gins. This finish allows us to complete the aromatic palette of our Osmoz gins, while maintaining their freshness." Its color is typical of "Yellow Gin", a beautiful straw yellow. On the nose, we have notes of fresh flowers, with complex aromas specific to cognacs bringing additional complexity to our gin. The palate is characterized by a very nice balance and a very pleasant roundness.
