ORGANIC OYSTERS MEDITERRANEAN - SANCHEZ

Since 2015, our company has been offering a range of ORGANIC oysters. To obtain this certification, we carried out a survey of the seabed on our entire production site in order to select the tables best suited to the development of an ORGANIC oyster. Regarding the selection of seeds, the specifications require to us to use seeds exclusively from natural collection or certified organic diploid incubator seeds. Thanks to this diversity of spat we can produce an organic oyster throughout the year. We propose differents packaging of the Mediterranean oyster for the sizes N2 and N3.
