Organic bread
Our organic breads are produced in the french traditional way, from specific sourdoughs, respecting a long fermentation. They are cooked in a stone hearth oven. Our products from organic farming meet European certified organic labels, as well as the requirements of our IFS certified quality approach.
Our recipes are developed at the request of our customers from some volumes. We can thus vary the pleasures both on the recipes (wheat, corn, spelt or rye flours, seeds or grains, sweet or salty inclusions ...), as on the sizes and shapes of our breads (pavé, boule, baguette, batard ...).
