Our Birch sap originates from a preserved region of the Carpathian Mountains in Ukraine and is collected using the traditional method of extraction: directly taken from the birch trees at the end of winter and spring, during an active movement of the sap. It is a powerful draining and depurative rich in minerals, trace elements, and amino acids.
