AURE Vin Orange – Vin de France Orange

Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vinification: This orange wine is the fruit of a six-week
maceration in new French oak barrels at medium
toast, followed by 30 months’ maturing on the lees in
barrels, revealing remarkable depth and complexity.
Tasting note: The wine will seduce you with its
beautiful golden orange colour. On the nose, notes
of vanilla and brioche blend subtly with refreshing
accents of eucalyptus and cedar, while hints of figs,
apricots and spices add captivating aromatic depth.
On the palate, it offers a full, smooth texture, with a
gourmet return on lingering woody notes.
Food pairing: Truffle pasta, cumin gouda, blue
cheese, world cuisine particularly oriental cuisine
(sweet and savoury combinations, curry dishes...)
