OR ANGE

Our first orange wine because we like to explore new possibilities ! The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity to obtain a juicy and expressive fruit. For vinification, the musts of the white grapes were left in contact for a few days with the skins, seeds and stalks. The maceration lasts 10 days with daily pumping over. Aging continues for a few months on fine lees in stainless steel vats before bottling at the start of the year. This orange wine features an atypical palette of aromas : tea, dry fruits, honey, candied citrus fruit, orange zest. On the palate, very delicate, smooth and harmonious wine. The finishing is on a slightly peppery note due to light tannins that leave an impression of freshness and tautness.
