Olive oil with Nyons PDO
Vignolis Extra Virgin Olive oil was the FIRST mill in France to gain the prestigious AOP accreditation. The olive fields of Nyons yield their emerald jewels to produce an olive oil with no additives or preservatives which is low in acidity < 0.8g/l ), and has a flavour that is delicate and fruity.
The Extra Virgin olive oil is smooth and golden green in colour. It is carefully prepared to eliminate all bitterness and the result is a deliciously smooth and delicate flavour with the aroma of freshly cut herbs, green apples, hazlenut and almond. It does not emit strong odours while cooking, is not spicy and is therefore an ideal cooking ingredient perfectly suited to the British palate.
