Our rums "Cask Finish" have the structure of tropical aging combined with the finesse of continental aging.
There are composed of 3-year old pure juice Agricultural Rums from the French West Indies, selected and aged for several months in Saint-Malo in our barrels which provides an elegant aromatic of a barrel that previously contained a different spirit.
• Finished in Peated Whiskey barrels
Peaty, smoky, ashy and iodized aromas.
