Odyssea Blanc de Blancs Brut
Odyssea is a signature of Vignobles Gonfrier, reflecting an ancient savoir-faire in viticulture, with precise practices, and entirely vinified in oak barrels. The grapes are harvested manually and come from a selected parcel, 100% semillon aged on laths in bottles for 16 months in the underground limestone cellars. ODYSSEA Blanc de Blancs perfectly combines lightness and acquisitiveness. Beautiful brilliant and limpid color with golden reflections. The nose is magnificent, marked by stone fruits such as white vine peach, notes of acacia, and fresh almonds. The attack is supple and extends to a long fresh finish.
