The Gouzon without salt addition is produced at the Laiterie de la Voueize, it is based on whole cow's milk thermised. It owes its name to the village of Gouzon in which we are located.
The Gouzon without salt addition is a cheese with lactic paste of a slightly chalky texture and a circular aspect. It has a white foam rind which gives it an authentic, fresh, acidulous, and fruity taste. It is perfect in a salad or on a slice of bread, giving it a bright taste in the mouth.
The Gouzon without the addition of salt weighs about 240 grams and is 8 centimeters in diameter and 5 centimeters high.
