Grape Varieties: Muscat d’Alexandrie, Muscat Petits Grains
Vinification
Direct pressing, cold settling and fermentation at controlled temperature. Fermentation halted to retain some natural sugar. Bottled in the November after the harvest.
Tasting
Appearance: Gold.
Nose: Powerful and refined. Notes of citrus fruit, white fruits and Muscat grapes.
