MUSCADET COTES DE GRANDLIEU Domaine des Herbauges "La Roche Blanche"
Vinification: At low temperature in order to preserve aromas, then 8 to 14 months aging on lees with regular stirrings (bâtonnages).
Tasting notes: Very charming full-bodied Muscadet with a deeper golden colour and with a deep and refreshing nose on honey, grapefruits, mineral and stony accent.
Flattering and long palate on lemon and orange pith notes with a light crisp finish. Crystalline minerality keeping a perfect and appealing acidity.
Food pairing: Aperitif, grilled fish or in sauce, shellfish such as lobster or crayfish, poached or steamed salmon, scallops’brochettes, slightly matured goat’s cheese.
