Grand Murols (Saint-Nectaire Laitier type of cheese)
Murols was created by Jacques Bérioux in the 1900s. It is a French cheese from the Auvergne region. It is a pasteurized cow's milk cheese with a semi-firm paste. It's like a Saint-Nectaire laitier type of cheese.
Murols has an ivory-colored paste with a dry orange-brown crust which gives it a homogeneous and supple texture and a frank taste without bitterness.
