Munster Ermitage is produced in the Vosges area according to strict specifications. It is only produced with flavourful milk thanks to the Vosges Terroir. Since more than 40 years, Ermitage has produced and ripened its Munster thanks to a traditional recipe passed down from generation to generation by our cheese-makers
