Mrs Seafood NM

This wine is tailor-made for seafood pairing. Manually harvested and fermented in tank with monitored temperature, it has an aging potential of 2 to 4 years but can also be enjoyed right away. Limpid pale-yellow robe with delicate green hues. Intense and subtle nose, dominated by notes of sharp white fruits which are associated with floral and almond giving the wine a spring character. Fresh and full-bodied, it has a soft mineral finish.
