Morgon
Made exclusively from the Gamay grape variety, the manual harvest is 100% destemmed, followed by fermentation of 10-12 days, pressing, end of fermentation, and aging in concrete vats until bottling in March-April of the Next year.
Adorned with a very beautiful robe with hints of cherry, this Morgon gives pride of place to aromas of black fruits with notably aromas of blackberries and cassis delicately topped with spicy touches. The supple attack with silky tannins on the palate gives it a greedy character.
This wine can accompany ribs of sheep, a coq au vin.
