Vinification: This wine from our best Bordeaux terroirs is
dealcoholised by distillation, thus preserving its hydro phase.
Natural aromas are added to restore their typical character.
Flash pasteurisation is used to stabilise the wines without
the use of SO2, preserving their distinctive colour.
Tasting notes: This non-alcoholic wine retains the typical
notes of Sauvignon Blanc, with hints of lemon and
grapefruit, accompanied by a balanced sweetness thanks
to its 40 grams of sugar, while preserving its relatively
pale colour.
Food pairing: It goes perfectly with fresh salads and
cheeses such as mozzarella or feta. For a sweet touch, it
also goes well with fruity desserts such as a citrus tart or
fresh fruit salad.
