Montebello Zenga Blanc

Montebello Zenga White is an agricultural rum that bears the Geographical Indication Guadeloupe. The name Zenga evokes the tradition of the fighting roosters, well anchored in the Antilles and more particularly on the butterfly island. The Zenga rooster is the strongest of the barnyard, the most respected of his fellow roosters. It is to his fighting spirit and power that Montebello pays tribute through this vintage. Distilled in January 2019, the rum benefited from a long brewing and slow reduction, before being bottled in October 2020.
