Mont Verrier Moulin à Vent
Our wine for cellar-ageing, round and elegant, is a blend between a part aged in 400L half-hogsheads and another in vats after a long maceration. Aromas of ripe red fruit, irises and faded roses, set off by sweet spices, and with age, undergrowth, musk and truffle, improving over time.
