Millepeyres 2020 - Domaine Valambelle

Family estate of 25 Hectares in organic agriculture certified by ECOCERT since 2010. A well-balance palate with a nice roundness and well-melted tannins. A note of fruity freshness and a spicy finish.

Grape variety: Cinsault, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre

Winemaking: The cuvée comes from a manual harvest in boxes, sorting by hand, crushed and de-stemmed. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Traditional vinification, long racking, vatting for 2 to 4 weeks. Aging in concrete vats after blending.

Certification: Organic, Ecocert certification since 2010.

Tasting: A beautiful purple  colour.Nice sparkle on the nose on school ink, blackberry and blackcurrant.The attack is greedy with a more sappy finish.
