Ovoteam provides the food industry with dry mixes, in particular the meringue mix.
This mix is suitable for the rapid production of dry or Italian meringues.
1 kg of mix makes 40L of dry meringue and 4kg of mix makes 40L of Italian meringue.
No waste! The meringue mix can be dosed to measure.
