Carignan 40% / Grenache 40 % / Mourvèdre 10 % / Syrah 10 % 
Manual harvest, grapes picked at optimal maturity and sorted. Carignan is vinified in carbonic maceration, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre in traditional winemaking method.
The nose evokes the south with notes of jam, strawberry, fig, the freshness of thyme and cade. The mouth is fleshy, full of nicely coated tannins.
