Manual harvest, grapes picked at optimal maturity and sorted. Vinification in stainless steel vat.

Mourvèdre is age 12 months in oak barrel. Carignan is age 12 months in barrels of several wines.

Expressive and open nose on little red fruits, blackcurrant and cloves. The mouth have lovely spicy notes, they come in addition to silky smooth tanins and create a well-balanced wine with a large aroma complexity.
