MARQUIERES Merlot IGP Pays d'Oc 2022

This specific Merlot comes from terroirs located on the eastern part of the Pays d’Oc appellation. As this varietal needs regular watering, we have selected terroirs close to the Canal du Midi where the limestone and clay soils are deep, providing all the water needed. The sunny Mediterranean climate allows the berries to ripen slowly - until the end of the summer, as Merlot has a late ripening profile.
