Marcel Cabelier is a small winery operating in the Jura region, specializing in the production of the traditional classic method sparkling wine of the area, Crémant du Jura. The Jura is located in the eastern part of France, between Burgundy and neighboring Switzerland. Vinification : Hand harvested grapes, direct pressing, fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel vats and second fermentation in the bottle (Traditional method). Ageing on lees for at least one year. Colour : Yellow-green colour with dancing fine bubbles. Nose : The intense nose is a mix of honey and green apple with brioche notes. Palate : A festive attack with a creamy foam. Recommendations : To be served as an aperitif or with dessert. Serving condition in C° : 8°C
