Maison Laffitte - White Dry

Grapes are harvested at night. Every grape variety is vinified separately, all destemmed and directly pressed. After 15 days, cold maceration period occurs to extract the primary flavors of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at around 20°C and is stopped when the balanced between sugar and alcohol is reached. Eventually, the wine ages on less for a minimum of 2 months.
