MAISON DU VIGNERON - CLOS PETRAZ - BRUT

Clos Petraz Masion du vigneron, crémant de savoie. Grape Varieties : Jacquère, Altesse and Chardonnay. Le Clos Petraz is in an exceptional location. It is located in the regional natural park of the Bauges massif,recognised as a UNESCO world geopark. To benefit from the appellation, the grapes must be harvested by hand and placed in pierced crates. Crémant de Savoie is made using the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle and with a minimum of twentyfour months bottle ageing after bottling. It is essential so that the bubbles integrate completely and give a fine and elegant effervescence.Colour : Beautiful pale gold colour, fine bubbles. Nose : The nose opens with notes of peel, very zesty citrus, complemented by the white flower of jasmine, honeysuckle and vine flower. Palate : More complex aromas of dried apricots, roasted hazelnuts, with a touch of brioche to bring to the finish the mineral notes so typical of this Clos soil. Recommendations : This gastronomic cuvée will enhance many dishes, from a simple dish such as a vegetable gratin to a sophisticated dish such as a supreme of guinea fowl with orange, tangy carrot flower and pumpkin. Serving condition in C° : Taste at 8°-10°C.
