The village of Chardonnay is located in the North of the Macon region and represents 80 ha of vineyards under this mythic name. The soil is predominantly made of limestone, with South-South East facing slopes. This unique wine is 100 % unoaked chardonnay. It shows a bright minerality, with a light creamy texture on the palate and an elegant, fruity finish.
