Our project with this cuvée was to highlight the quintessential elements used for the production of a great wine.
Cold prefermentary maceration in ovoid tanks (CBX). Ageing 14 months in new French oak barrels.
Certifications : ISO 14001, HVE3 (High Environmental Value), Bee Friendly.
