Grape varieties : Grenache Noir, Syrah. Terroir-Vinification : Clay-limestone soil. Harvesting at night or dawn to favour low temperature of the grapes. Tasting : Colour : A deep ruby red Nose : Red fruits and jam, with a slight hint of sweet liquorice. Palate : Full-bodied with silky tannins, we find the aromas present on the nose embellished by a touch of sweet spices such as liquorice and cinnamon. Aromatic persistence and length.
