Vineyards: Our producer, located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, Kimméridgien soil, is passionately committed to produce Champagne Brut Lord Ascalon. Our vines are maintained according to strict and meticulous environmentally-friendly methods.

Color: Gold pale and bright with tiny bubbles
Nose: Fine, floral bouquet of ripe lemons
Palate: Very fresh and perfectly round, light and fruity but well structured.
Food matching: fish dishes and shell
Serving suggestions: ideal as an aperitif
Vinification: Fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel vats kept at between 14-16°C to preserve the freshness and mineral quality of the wine. The wines are left on fine lees to enhance their structure and richness and then racked. Bottling takes place in May and the wines are then transferred to our cellars where the prise de mousse takes place followed by approximately 18 months ageing on lees.
