Night harvest to prevent oxidation and expôsure to high temperatures. Controlled temperature at 17°C with natural yeast. We rack and stir the fine lees to extract the aromas.
Gold yellow colours, white flowers aromas, palate of abricots, vivid citrus flavours. A wine with a lot of character.
