Year after year, nature shapes our vineyard: fewer clusters, smaller berries, but exponentially more intense aromas. That is why, when the vintage allows, we carefully select two of our oldest vines «  Les Princes sous le bois » & « Sur le Saint Faron »to create this exceptional rosé. These flavor-packed grapes give us the opportunity to craft a rosé that is truly fruity and expressive.
