Terroir: From the «Les Fourches» olive grove, which is planted with old olive trees that froze very little in 1956, on the raised heights of the estate. Selection of plots from among the oldest olive trees.

Tasting: Delicate taste and balance between the beautiful intensity of the fruit and their roundness. Notes of citrus fruit, flowers and lime blossom. A fresh, intense and refined oil. “Marvellous” with fish.
