Les Hauts Coste Meliac - Merlot

Patrick Guiraud is an oenologist and owner of the family estate, where he has been established since 1989. He was a pioneer in his concern for ecological issues, and began to convert to organic cultivation in 1995. Mr Guiraud built a new cellar, which is energy autonomous thanks to the presence of 1000m2 of solar panels.

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful intense crimson colour. The nose provides floral and blackcurrant aromas. On the palate it is delicate, harmonious and gourmand. Silky tannins are well balanced.
