Les Grains Pinot Noir 2021
Cool sandy-loam and clay-limestone soils on vineyards at 150 m altitude.
Grapes100 % Pinot Noir
Harvest and VinificationHarvest between mid-September and end of September.
Traditional vinification, with a short vatting period of 15 days. The pomace cap is gently worked.
Slightly aged in wood (15%).
An intense nose of black cherry, jammy and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, a beautiful sweetness that continues with an explosion of fruit, fine and very pure that fills the mouth, despite a light tannic structure. Carried by its freshness, this dominant of very ripe cherry stretches in length, then evolves on notes of roasted hazelnuts.
Sommelier AdvicesServe between 15 and 16°C. You can appreciate this Pinot Noir with a nice platter of cold meats, but also a veal blanquette or a braised guinea fowl with cabbage...
