Harvest from the beginning of September to mid-September, at night.
100% pneumatic pressing. Selection of the first press fractions only. Vinification at low temperature.

Tasting notes

Its intense pink color is tinged with cherry reflections. Its aromatic palette combines small red fruits with passion fruits and mineral notes. Ample on the palate, it seduces by its balance between freshness and sweetness. A pleasure!

Sommelier Advices

Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C. It will find its place next to a plate of cold cuts or a Provençal salad.
