The Vineyard of the Château spreads out on the left bank of the Garonne, 35 km south of Bordeaux.

The surface is covered with a round Grave, polished by time. The subsoil is a mixture of limestone and sand. Vineyard size: 9 ha

Planting density: 5500 vines/hectare.

Average age of vines: 35 years

Average yield: 55hl / ha

Volume: 10,000 bottles

Vinification and maceration:

– Cold pre-fermentation maceration.

– The juices ferment in stainless steel tanks.

– Barrel aging for 12 months (0% new barrels)

Alcoholic Degree: 13% volume

Tasting Notes:

Garnet color, slightly evolved. Delicate nose, morello cherry, strawberry, violet. The palate is supple and highlights rather ripe fruit with polished tannins.
