The gold dress of our wine is illuminated by gold. The nose develops complex aromas, on orchard fruits and sillex. The palate is aromatic and round at first, then the texture of the wine appears chalky and ends with a touch of salinity which lengthens the finish. The limestone marl terroir offers an explosive finish. A great white wine that will go perfectly with Bresse poultry with cream and mushrooms or even blue cheese
