The nose is opulent with its aromas of black truffle, vanilla pod, dark chocolate, peat, and black fruit such as blackcurrant, finishing on lightly spicy, cinnamon notes. In the mouth, we straight away feel the harmony in this wine, with its smooth, velvety tannins that are powerful but extremely supple. Truffle is a constant, accompanied by cocoa and wild berry fruit such as blackberry, redcurrant, blueberry, or blackcurrant. The finish of great tension and persistence is magnificent. Caramany is a veritable paradise for those who want to create a great red wine.
