Les Coteaux 2020

The nose presents a complex bouquet on cold smoke, leather goods added to pretty fruits. The mouth is balanced, fresh on a dense and greedy mouth. The tannins are very balanced. We appreciate its length. A long and expressive wine that will age wonderfully. A beautiful, distinctive wine, marked by its terroir. We suggest pairing it with red meats in sauce or roasted, but also with regional cheeses such as Picodon or Banon. We also recommend it on spicy and exotic dishes.
