Le temps des Bulles Rosé Brut

A blend of Cabernet franc (vines of ~35 yrs of age)  and Grolleau (~ 80 yrs ) from vineyards with limited yield (~35hl/ha). Slow fermentation in small vats at a naturally low temperature in a troglodytic cellar. 

Appearance:  elegant pale pink colour animated by fine bubbles.
Nose : appealing and fruity with notes of raspberries, strawberries and wild peach.
Palate :  flavours of red fruit expand in the mouth accompanied by thin bubbles.
