TERROIR Le Star Merlot is made from a rigorous selection of the finest terroirs from the South of France. Our team of winemakers carefully craft these sun-drenched lands in order to bring you the very best of what each varietal has to offer. GRAPE VARIETY Merlot (100%) VINIFICATION This Merlot is produced using a combination of traditional savoir-faire and modern winemaking techniques. From the harvest right through to the ageing process, every effort is made to ensure that the unique character of the varietal is respected in order to offer you the highest quality wine possible. TASTING NOTES Colour : intense red with a violet core. Nose : expressive notes of jammy red fruits. Palate : rich, round and full with notes of fresh fruit and a touch of spice.
