Le Sang des Seigneurs Coteaux du Pont du Gard White Semi-Sweet Wine

The white grapes are harvested at night and gently pressed to keep freshness and acidity. After 48 hours cold settling, the clear juice is fermented during two weeks in stainless steel vat under temperature control. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped by sterile filtration early enough to keep a naturally high sugar level, giving this white "moelleux cuvée" its characteristic fruitiness.
