The French art of rosé blending makes LE ROSE MACARON a perfect pairing for your favourite French treat. In order to add a touch of rose petals in the typical grenache-syrah blend (call it “baby Provence” style), our winemakers added a touch of one grape varietal that is endemic of the Mediterranean Sea region: the Pink Muscat (hush hush, secret sauce...). With a nice pale salmon color and pink hues, an elegant and floral nose, LE ROSE MACARON is lush and pleasant with a long and delicate finish on the palate that will perfectly match the wide range of Macarons flavours.
